We are seeking a full-time or part-time minister with an understanding of Presbyterian/Methodist worship and leadership styles.
Our parish comprises two churches, located in the town of Waiuku and on the Awhitu Peninsula.
The minister will:
- Lead with a vision and be able to motivate and delegate,
- Have a servant leadership approach,
- Be open to a variety of worship and personal expressions,
- Have strong interpersonal and pastoral skills,
- Be able to focus on cultivating an inclusive and welcoming environment.
