Full-time, Lay or Ordained

HopeWhangārei is a vibrant, multi-site Presbyterian church located in beautiful Northland, New Zealand. We are seeking a full-time Assistant Minister (lay or ordained) to join our collaborative ministry team and help lead our church into its next season of growth and outreach.

This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to serve across several key areas of ministry. The successful applicant will have skills in at least two of three core portfolios:

1. Site pastor – Provide pastoral care and lead community outreach at one of our three church sites.
2. Leadership of Ministry Teams & Connect Groups – Support and guide our ministry teams and group leaders, helping to nurture a strong culture of discipleship and connection.
3. Children, Youth and Families – Support and lead our teams working with children, youth, and families, with a strong focus on growth and engagement.
