You will help us:
Prayerfully discern and lead
Seek God’s direction together and provide strategic leadership to help turn vision into action.
Develop people and teams
Recognise gifts, equip leaders and help create a culture where people grow and thrive together.
Nurture faith and mission
Contribute to worship and discipleship, and encourage people to share the Gospel with our communities.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Loves Jesus
- Develops people
- Equips teams
- Leads with humility
- Someone grounded in Scripture and prayer, who listens well, brings people together and is passionate about helping people follow Jesus.
We welcome expressions of interest from a broad range of ministry backgrounds, training and experience, including Nationally Ordained ministers and those with theological education and significant Christian leadership experience.
